You have to feel it to heal it. Your life feels so much better when we go through the healing process.
At first healing can feel uncomfortable & scary as it feels unfamiliar & we don’t know what to expect & how we are going to react or respond. But with time & the inner work we put in, we will come out of it feeling so much better. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
