In this episode of Meet the Leader, we interview H.E. Festus Mogae, the former President of Botswana and recipient of the Mo Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership.

Mogae held positions as the Governor of the Bank of Botswana, Permanent Secretary to the President, Secretary to the Cabinet and Supervisor of Elections prior to entering a career in politics. He subsequently served as the Minister of Finance and Planning, Vice President of Botswana, and ultimately the President of Botswana from 1998-2008.
