Meditation.

Breath slowly in and out, relaxing every muscle in your body.
Breathing slowly and relaxed, let all thoughts drift away as you watch the movement of the waves.
Notice the changing patterns of the waves as they move towards you.
Breathe slowly until you find your natural rhythm, and gently, relaxing your muscles more and more, become completely at peace with yourself and the world around you.
Be aware of the waves with the reflection of the sun, sparkling on the surface.
Feel a healing energy spreading throughout your body. Let the light of the sun and the waves wash all tension away.
