Funny how things can change. Jennifer and I were planning to finish the PCT this year, but the wildfires put a damper on that plan. Rather than giving up and just waiting for another year we decided to wing it and thru hike the Colorado Trail with only a couple weeks to get ready. It was a rocky start to an eventful trail.
