A few things:
1. Non-KMS Classes (Hayato, Kanna, Lynn, Mo Xuan) are currently not supported in the scouter. They are currently in the works and will be released whenever possible.
2. When inputting your stats, make sure you have 0/1000 on your weapon's soul gauge.
3. I'm sure its easy to understand but for bosses NLimbo/XBM and above the "[party]" before the percentage means you need 100% for a 6 man party clear, likely assuming at least 1 of your party members is a bishop. This doesn't exactly follow for HKaling/XKalos, as 100% for those are more comfortable clears than min/struggle clears.
