DANNY GREGORY and his SKETCHBOOK SKOOL. Even though Danny was not a trained artist he started sketching visual notes of what was going on right around him in the present moment. This led to his bestselling book Everyday Matters and a career in teaching and inspiring others to makeand keep sketchbooks. On his site you can access the free ebook "7 Deadly Sins of Creativity". THE MARGINALIAN: Newsletter of ideas and images
This newsletter, formerly Brainpickings comes to your inbox twice a week and is a labour of love by Maria Popova who describes it as “…a record of my reading and reckoning with our search for meaning: sometimes through science and philosophy, sometimes through poetry and children’s books, always through the lens of wonder”.

It is full of thoughtfully written and illustrated pieces that you will have you thinking and making. It is free and you can also donate your support for as little as $3 a month.
