In this video we explore the terms efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness and give examples of each of them.
Efficiency is "doing things right", that is, doing things looking for the best possible relationship between the resources used and the results obtained. Efficiency has to do with "how" things are done.
Efficacy is "doing the right things", that is, doing the things that best lead to the achievement of results. Effectiveness has to do with "what" things are done.
