Using LCD to display HWinfo anything, and then a dedicated voltmeter to display voltage reads. This is because software reported voltages are ALWAYS inaccurate, on every board, and biased to look better, and they report smoothed averages so you will never accurately see vdroop or vpeak (when it looks like vdroop in software, you are likely same or even peaking, this is again ALL boards).
