We LOVE various factors about this product but the best thing is how easy it is to use. You’re thinking… it’s a knife, how hard can it be? 🙄 Well, let us tell you! The amount of terrible knives we have used to cut crackling or meat of the bone is a joke. We’ve thrown a lot out but not this knife. You don’t have to be an expert to use this. All you need is your love for cooking and the knife will make the job easy 🙌🏼
