This Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake is a light cheesy flavored cake. It is one of the best chiffon cake that I have ever made as it is so delicate, smooth, bouncy and literally melts in your mouth! A perfect base for decorating cake and you will surely love it. So let's begin..

Ingredients (6 x 3 inch loose base cake pan):
50g (1.7 oz) cream cheese block
50ml (1/8 cup + 4 tsp) cold milk
40ml (1/8 cup + 2 tsp) vegetable oil
3 egg yolks (eggs with shell weight 60-65g each)
60g ( 1/2 cup) cake flour
2.5g (1 tsp) corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Meringue:
3 egg whites (eggs with shell weight 60-65g each)
1/2 tsp vinegar
60g (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
6 inch cake : Preheat the oven to 150C and bake for 45 mins
Ingredients (8x3 inch loose bottom pan):
100g ( 3.4 oz ) cream cheese block
100ml (1/3 cup + 4 tsp) cold milk
80g (1/3 cup ) vegetable oil
6 egg yolks
120g (1 cup) cake flour
5g (2 tsp) corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 egg whites (eggs with shell weight 60-65g each)
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
120g (1/2 cup +2 tbsp ) sugar
8 inch cake : Preheat the oven to 150C and bake for 90 mins
