How to make Soyabean pan cake Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup soybean flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Chopped onion
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Sweet Corn
2 Green chili
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: Vanilla extract or cinnamon for flavor
1 cup Corn flour
1tbsp Turmeric powder
1tbsp Coriander powder
1tbsp jeera powder

In a mixing bowl, combine soybean flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
If desired, add vanilla extract or cinnamon for extra flavor.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.

Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat until all batter is used.

Serve your Soybean pancakes warm, and you can top them with your favorite syrup, fruit, or nuts. Enjoy!
