The video is of a trip I made to Moncagua, San Miguel in El Salvador 2013. Here there is a crystal natural spring from water burst up from underground and is filtered by lava rocks. There is also an area with little fish that feed off the dead cells on your feet and skin, it doesnt hurt only tickles.
