My father-in-law was from Holland and his wife was from Kentucky. I want to share my cooking with all who seek a healthier diet. I am vlogging my unsalted and low sodium dishes to help others like my father-in-law, who started having chronic kidney disease and blood pressure problems at the age of 90. His kidney doctor recommended a daily sodium intake between 1,300mg and 1,500mg. I am going to do my best to make every dish and video simple and easy to understand. BURONG ISDA

rekado/ingredients:

1 kilo or 2.2 lbs na puting isda
Tilapia, white bass, crappy, or stripper

3 tbsp Asin

2 takal or cups na bigas / rice

Gamit para sa buro.

Garapon na gawa sa babasagin na may takip na plastic or metal

Goma or lastiko

Silupin

Tip: kailngan malinis at tuyo Ang garapon na gagamitin upang Hindi masira Ang BURONG isda.


Method/ Ang Pag gawa
Isaing Ang dalawang takal na bigas at palamihin ito.
Paghaluin Ang Asin at kanin at ito ay lamasin ito Ng mabuti pero Hindi durog.

Maglagay Ng konting kanin sa garapon kasunod Ng isda. Gawin ito Ng paulit ulit hangang magalit at maubos Ang isda at kanin. Alternate po natin.

At kailangang siksik na siksik po at walang hangin.

Takpan Ng silupin, lagyan Ng lastiko, pasingawin Ang hangin bago itoy takpan Ng mabuti.

Ibilad or ilagay sa mainit na Lugar sa lion Ng dalawang lingo bago ito iluto.
