Although I didn't finish this race I'm very very happy with my performance. A week after Labor Day weekend 2021 I fell ill with West Nile virus. Lost all my strength needed to relearn to walk, I nearly died. This was my first race back. It took all of the time up until now to regain the strength to race again. I am extremely grateful for those that were there for me and helped me get here, and helped me get my life back. I can't thank you enough.
