This chicken tater tot recipe is so easy and always delicious. Kids love it because the ingredients are so simple.....no vegetables. I think this would be very good with a bag of frozen mixed veggies thrown in if you want your kids to complain, which I don't so I've never done that. The magic recipe is something you just have to see. Scroll through to 25:23 and get ready to be amazed!

Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot casserole
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 large thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pkg. tater tots
1/2 c. crisp bacon pieces
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
In a large greased crockpot, layer half the tater tots, bacon and cheese. Layer on chicken; salt and pepper to taste. Repeat with remaining tots, bacon and cheese. Pour milk over all. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2-6 hours. Watch chicken so it doesn't overcook.
