Here is one of my families favorite vegan soups. This soup is very versatile and easy to make your own. It's packed with nutrient dense vegetables, lentils, and beans. The lentils and beans make it a very hearty soup and the meat eaters will be fulfilled eating this soup.
For the foragers out there go ahead and throw those wild greens like curly dock and dandelion greens into this soup.
If your not a forager, that's ok, just use some kale or collard greens.
Feel free to use any kind of lentils and beans for this recipe. I used a 19 bean and lentil mix.

This soup is not only exceptional for eating after a detox cleanse, it great to have as a lunch or dinner ant day of the week.
