This vintage inspired waist corset dress combines ideas from the various distributions of fullness in garment making. It has a kimono sleeve, gathered top, pleated skirt and snatched waist, giving a corset effect

FABRIC : I use 3 yards of crepe fabric for an average size.
You can also use lycra, paradise or any light to medium textured fabric that drapes well

MEASUREMENT: in this tutorial, I used a half-scale female dummy with the following measurements
½ scale measurement. Full scale
Bust 17. Bust 34
Waist 13. Waist 26
Hip 18. Hip. 36

All measurements I mentioned were for FULL SCALE even though I was using the ½scale dummy
