Let’s do another spinning acrylic pour! This time I’m using a strainer, attempting a particular technique called a Nautilus Pour.
The Nautilus Pour was invented by @NateBrightArt - check out his amazing versions!
While I think I had too many colors and spun my canvas too many times to get the true nautilus look, I absolutely LOVE how this piece turned out! It looks so much like a peacock tail.
My paint is all mixed with floetrol (about 2:1 or 3:1 floetrol to paint, depending on the paint) and thinned water to a medium consistency. Paint-mixing video is here! • Mixing Paint for Acrylic Pouring - ST...
