Base
220g of cold butter
450g of wheat flour
20g of icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
60-70g of very cold water

FILLING
800g apples
120g of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoon of potato starch
1 egg for brushing
