On Wednesday, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Park Parker officially endorsed 76 Place, the Sixers' proposed arena on Market Street in Center City. But, her decision isn't sitting well with people in Chinatown and surrounding neighborhoods where the arena would sit.
