🍋INGREDIENTS🍋

1 1/2 cup AP flour (180g)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon zest (5g)
1 cup granulated white sugar (190g)
1/2 cup butter (113g)”softened/room temp”
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 L eggs (room temp)
1/3 cup buttermilk (75g)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (1oz-29.2ml)
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

🍋Frosting/Glaze🍋
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 vanilla extract

Please make sure all your ingredients are room temperature

Bake for 50-55mins in 325f preheated oven
