Jacob Abraham Camille Pissarro is one of the defining figures of #Impressionism in his fascinating oeuvre. The motifs of his paintings underwent a remarkable transformation during his creative period: while #Pissarro initially focused primarily on the rural France of his time, his interest increasingly shifted to the urban space of the French cities that were growing during industrialisation.
