The most finest tools the world has ever seen that can create wonders when put to right use with right ideas are "Human Brain and Hands"

You would be amazed by the items that are created by a lot of people all around the world with mere hand tools and most of the time almost useless items lying around.

This video is one such example that covers all such aspects and show a way of giving life to simple objects by carving beauty into them. Yes, as the name of the video suggests, all items in here are created from coconut shells.

All items here are created by Satyanarayana Vangari (my Father) a retired employee of HMT (very well know for its watches, bulbs and heavy machinery). All this began as a hobby then and now turned into a passion. At 68yrs he is putting better use to his time than me or most of the young folks around. (a little bragging :P)

These are only a part of models created over the period of an year by collecting, sorting, processing and then put to work to produce these creative but humble artistic displays. All these are created just by using simple hand tools. Some of these might create a nostalgic wow and for some of the younger generation these could be straight out 'what is that?'

A little bit about India and Coconuts:
----------------------------------------------------------------
India is one such country where it is very well known for tourism and temples are most common sight when you travel. And you might have seen this as a standard protocol to have atleast one coconut vendor in front of all these temples. Coconut is considered sacred in the ritual process and is a must when it comes to poojas/prayers. So, used a lot, obviously no news here.

Also, known fact is that coconut products and byproducts are used crazily all over the world. Kerala is one of the states that uses coconuts a bit much than the rest of the country. However, we are not in Kerala nor close by, but do manage to see the KoKoNuts here in Telangana also.

Isn't it interesting how most of the address landmarks in India are still temples and there is one in every other corner as there are too many gods to pray.... we can discuss that later.... a bit heavy stuff at this time.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

My Dad has been asking me to put this out there for a long time so that people can see and get inspired to start someting new or the same or even suggest new models/variations and ideas. I've been the usual me an finally got some time now to put this out there.

So, enjoy the short video here and you are more than welcome to give any suggestions and comments here.

Thanks in Advance !
