Hello Everyone. In this video, we have discussed the concept of ‘Talaq’ or Divorce under Muslim Law. Talaq in Muslim law can be pronounced in different ways like talaq by husband, by wife and then comes divorce by mutual consent. There are various forms of Talaq such as Talaq–ul–Sunnat, Talaq–ul–Biddat (Triple Talaq), revocable and irrevocable talaq which you will understand in this video. Along with the forms of divorce, how a divorce can be taken through the judicial process via courts has also been discussed.
