Recipe for Crispy Tikki:

Shred some potatoes and rinse them in water.
In a pan, add water, salt, and the shredded potatoes. Boil for two minutes.
Strain the potatoes using a strainer and set them aside.
Now, shred some carrots, paneer, and green chilies. Add spices such as cumin seeds, black pepper, black salt, and red chili powder, then mix well.
Take some shredded potatoes in your hand and spread them out. Place the spiced mixture in the center, then cover it with another layer of shredded potatoes.
Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until they are crispy.
