The last few weeks, I have really been focusing on my morning & night time routine. To start implementing some better habits for myself.
Meditating has been a massive help for me, to focus my thoughts & my feelings. I started with 5 minutes a day & have worked up to 10 minutes a day. If I miss it in the mornings, I usually make it up later with a walking meditation.
Reading before bed: I love reading, how ever I usually start a good book & then want to take my time because I love it soo much.. But then forget that there are 100's of books I want to read. So far on my prep, with implementing this habit. I have read 3 BOOKS!
