The Elden Throne is found in Leyndell, Royal Capital. You can reach the Elden Throne through the Queen's Bedchamber. Here the battle with Morgott, The Omen King takes place. After the fight, a site of grace is unlocked. Behind the battlefield, you can find the entrance to the Erdtree. Melina tells you that in order to unlock the entrance to the Erdtree you need to travel to Mountaintops of the Giants.
