VIDEO DETAILS: In this video Westin backed Thom Hunt goes in to details on fish behaviour and how predators change their feeding habits in relation to being caught and angling ‘pressure’

Tips like using the most lifelike baits available, using smaller baits, using natural flavours and scents changing the time of day you fish can all be massive benefits to getting my bites when lure fishing.

Alternatively, trying to get an instinct or reaction strike from pike perch or zander, especially using speed like fast crankbaits in the summer of quick jerks from jerkbaits or glide baits in the winter can get a reaction when fish are wise and don’t want to feed. This is often out of instinct, anger or being territorial so using bright annoying colours can be a possibility and this is especially effect when the fish are completely inactive.
