Dan Campbell is the head coach for the Detroit Lions, an NFL Football team who have struggled to find success for many decades. When he first took the podium, everyone questioned his leadership style. However, after a few seasons, he turned the Detroit Lions football program completely around and had them finding success they haven't had in a very long time. His vision, building a brotherhood in the locker room, and having a top down approach has been nothing but successful.
