Japanese strong flour (Yumechikara is used) 270g
(You can use any strong flour you like.
30g white bean flour
3g dry yeast
Warm milk 126㎖ (Microwave oven: 600W 30~40 seconds)
Lukewarm water 105㎖ (microwave oven: 600W 30~40 seconds)
15g condensed milk
3g salt
20g unsalted butter
