Aileen is half Italian and half Cuban. She has lived in London, the United Kingdom, Rome, Italy and Brussels, Belgium. In each country, she encountered different experiences. Recently, she moved to The Hague, the Netherlands to attend Leiden University Campus The Hague to study International Relations and Organisations (IRO). She voices her experience living in The Hague as an international student. This is her story.
