Welcome lovelies!!

At the moment it's Easter hols, so we filmed a full week of activities which for me is the gym, ponies, and food shopping?? We ended it nicely with a wrecked car :)

If you're new - my name is Katia, I'm 18 years old (even I look 14) and I had a life threatening ED for 5 years, recently through my love of the gym and an 'all in' approach i found recovery, and now want to share my journey to help others do the same (as when I was ill I lost all hope) so I hope you find this entertaining and maybe escape out of a negative bubble for these 10 minutes!!

this is all just lighthearted fun and I am always so so grateful for what I have!! I just enjoy sharing a life post recovery for you all.
