🥔Potatoes - 4 pcs (1 kg / 35 oz)
Cut the potatoes into medium pieces.
This will help the potatoes cook faster.
Cook until done.
🌶Sweet red pepper - 1/2 pc.
🌶Sweet yellow pepper - 1/2 pc.
🧅Onion - 1 pc.
🧄Garlic - 3 cloves.
Grind in a blender (or in a meat grinder).
🍗Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
Grind in a blender (or in a meat grinder).
🧂Salt - 1 tsp.
🧂Pepper to taste.
🧂Oregano - 1 tsp.
🧂Paprika - 1 tsp.
Mix everything well.
🧀Cheddar cheese - 120 g (4 oz).
Check the potatoes. Drain the water.
🧈Butter - 40 g (1.4 oz).
Mash the potatoes.
Add cheese, mix well.
Next, take the plastic wrap, grease it with oil.
And repeat after me as in the video.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180C (356F)
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C (356F). Until golden brown.

Salad:
🥬Chinese cabbage.
🥒Cucumber - 1 pc.
Slice the cucumber, sprinkle with salt.
Leave for 5-10 minutes.
🌻Vegetable oil for frying.
🧅Onion - 1 pc.
Fry the onion for 3 minutes.
🌶Sweet red pepper - 1/2 pc.
🌶Sweet yellow pepper - 1/2 pc.
Fry for 5-6 minutes.

Salad sauce:
🧂Mayonnaise - 1 - 2 tbsp.
🧂Mustard - 1 tsp.
🧂Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
🧂Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
🧄Garlic - 3 cloves.
Mix the sauce well.
Squeeze excess moisture out of the cucumbers.
Dress the salad with the sauce.
Mix well.

Recipe 2:

🥔Potatoes - 4 pcs (medium)
Pour water and leave for 5 minutes
🌻Vegetable oil
🧅Leek or onion
Fry for 2 minutes
🥕Carrots - 1 pc
Fry for 2 minutes
🧂Pepper - to taste
🧂Salt - 1 tsp.
Drain the potatoes
Add onion and carrot
Mix well
🥚Eggs - 2 pcs
🍶Yogurt - 2-3 tbsp
🥛Milk - 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
Mix well
🧂Flour - 200 g (7 oz)
Pour the thick cream into a bowl with potatoes
🧂Salt - 1 tsp
Pour everything onto parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356 F)
🍅Tomato - 1 pc
🍖Sausage, cut into circles
🧀Cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (356 F)

Recipe 3:

🧅Onion - 1 pc
Chop the onion.
🥩Minced meat - 700 g (24.7 oz)
🌿Dill / Cilantro
🥚Egg - 1 pc
🧂Oregano - 1 tsp
Mix well.
🧂Salt - 1 tsp
🧂Paprika - 1 tsp
🧀Cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
🧂Pepper - to taste
Leave the mince in the freezer for 2 hours
🥚Egg - 2 pcs
🍼Milk - 150 ml (5 fl oz)
🧂Flour - 100 g (3.5 oz)
🌻Vegetable oil for frying.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side
Bake for 20 minutes at 180C (356 F)
