Lacking assertiveness can lead us to be chronically forgiving - if we continually forgive someone we deny them the opportunity to develop decency, and perhaps deny ourselves a bit of respect from others.

Helping clients set be more assertive and set honest boundaries allows them to be true to themselves, and it allows them to be fairer to those around them. In this video I'll share some tips and reframes that you can use to help your clients be more assertive.
