Esri's Survey 123 uses XLSForms to create data collection forms into the ArcGIS Online environment (or Portal). This video gives an introductory and technical tour to understand how to get started with this great product including all of the "gotchas" and best ways to make it work well for you. It details how data are stored in ArcGIS Online when collecting data, how the sharing permissions work (with the specific quirks from Survey123), and how settings in the Survey123 collaborate page make changes to the permissions and items in the ArcGIS Online environment.
