Today on the show, we have a mompreneur who not only redefined child care needs but is also changing the landscape of India's beauty industry. Ghazal Alagh the Co-founder of Mamaearth, she was born in a normal family & while growing up she disliked being dependent on her parents for little things, so by the time she graduated she started her career as a corporate coach & even tried her hand as a painter, after moving to Bali with her husband she was enjoying the bliss of married life & moved one level ahead when she discovered she was expecting her baby.

Ghazal Alagh faced her major challenge as a mother when her child suffered from a rare skin disorder forcing her to create products with the help of natural ingredients & thus marking the beginning of a legendary journey. Ghazal Alagh is also popularly known as a 'Shark' as she appeared on Shark Tank to help & support young start-ups & their founders. It was wonderful to interact with this dynamic mom & businesswoman & I am sure every one will learn a lot & enjoy this informative & educative episode.
