Brad, aka Scareman from the WaterTribe, demonstrates assembly and use of the Wilderness System's Heavy Duty Kayak Cart with Flat-free Wheels to move the 22' 100# Seaward Tandem Kayak.

This cart is now Brad's new favorite cart for his kayak transportation over land using some modified hardware based on learning using plastic wheels over the years.

Brad has used the C-Tug kayak cart with non-pneumatic wheels moving this large kayak fully loaded with 7-days' worth of Expedition Gear during the WaterTribe's 300-mile Everglades Challenge from Tampa Bay to Key Largo. The C-Tug is a great option for smaller stowing and rapid set-up without loose hardware that can get lost in sand, grass, or the water. However, the C-Tug's smaller support pads are not as effective on the longer kayaks that Brad uses. Brad has even used the C-Tug to transport this kayak fully loaded with gear for 2 people on the 1-mile portage across Cayo Costa from the landing to the campground on the Gulf Coast after crossing from Pine Island.

Brad highly recommends this Wilderness System's Heavy Duty Kayak Cart with Flat-free Wheels for moving kayaks, canoes, and other vessels on land.
