What Camerons Car Reviews has to say about the Sierra: For 2014, the Chevrolet Silverado is fully redesigned. The Silverado this time around is more of an evolutionary change on the exterior, while Chevrolet has beefed up the exterior with more cut off edges. On the interior of the new Silverado you will find a well crafted interior with premium materials that is such a huge improvement over the last generation. Powertrains on the Crew Cab range from a 4.3 L V6 to a 5.3 L V8 all made into a 6-Speed Automatic. Trims range from the base model to the fully loaded Z71 LTZ, the midgrade Z71 LT we tested was well equipped. Chevrolet has really worked hard on this new Silverado and it's evident with the little stepside in the back that is an option that makes loading cargo into the bed a whole lot easier and the very quiet 5.3 L V8. With all of this in mind the new Chevrolet Silverado really lives up to Chevrolet's "Find New Roads" slogan and is a top choice in the Full Size truck segment. However can the Silverado and it's cousin the GMC Sierra handle the competition from the new 2014 Toyota Tundra and the best selling Ford F-150?
