Out of all of the possible forms of Dio, I'll say that this one is around top three for me. Heaven Ascension Dio is cool, but I think his portrayal in Stone Ocean has been one the best showcases of Dio's character. Even the choices in design were amazing, but I will say I like The World Over Heaven too. I like how it retains the design, but I would be totally fine with passing up the stand for a better chance. When you have a design chance like C-Moon to Made in Heaven, The World deserved an even cooler design.
