When it comes to easy, fast, and delicious, nothing beats it. This recipe fulfills that wish. This recipe is recommended for beginners and those who want to practice making French bread. Once you make it many times and get the hang of it, you will no longer have the impression that French bread is difficult to make.
It is a really delicious soft French bread. It is soft inside and crispy when baked! It is soaked in butter. It is a very Japanese favorite bread and originated in Japan.

Ingredients
250 g strong flour
3 g dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
3 g salt
170 ml water (lukewarm water at 35°C)

How to make lukewarm water
Put water in a heatproof container and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 30-40 seconds.
Types of flour
Flour with high protein content is used, resulting in a fluffy texture.
It holds together well and makes bread in a short time.

✅ Events that are often forgotten
1. Prepare during bench time. Place flour on a spare baking sheet or cutting board. This is to prevent mold loss.
2. during final baking, preheat oven to maximum temperature (my oven's maximum temperature is 280℃) and warm baking sheets together.
