Recipe for cabbage and bacon pasta. Cabbage in season is a great source of plenty of namulu, or reserve cabbage. Making pasta with the flavorful cabbage nambu is a taste I remember from my fondest coffee shop memories. Please try making this dish!

1/2 cabbage
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A pinch of roasted sesame seeds
Salt and black pepper to taste
A pinch of fish sauce

(about 1 serving of pasta)
Namul cabbage, half of the above
About 40g bacon
1 clove garlic
A pinch of Italian parsley
1 hawk's claw
