Welcome to my BRAND NEW dumbbell SHRED series!! This is 5 workout using only dumbbells that will build muscle and improve your cardiovascular system. Today we've got a 15 minute chest, back and shoulder workout. So grab those dumbbells and LET'S GO!

5 EXERCISES | 3 ROUNDS
You will need: 2x Dumbbells // (I am using): 2x 12.5kg Dumbbells

HIIT STYLE
40SEC WORK
20SEC REST

- PUSH UPS
- BENT-OVER ROW
- ARNOLD PRESS
- FLOOR PRESS OR FLY
- SHRUGS

REPEAT X3 ROUNDS
