Ecstatic Dance East End was created for people to enjoy moving and dancing together. Two wellness practitioners, Mary Cognat and Stacey Krumenacker wanted a place to go to dance with others that did not revolve around bars, alcohol and late nights.

After attending several ecstatic dances around the country, they decided to create a branch on the North Fork of Long Island, hosting monthly dances. They create a conscious dance floor starting with an opening circle, breathwork and led movement to prepare dancers for the musical journey of the DJ.
