Obviously we think Wing Chun is not only a logical system of self-defense, but the one that gives you the best "bang for your buck" so to speak. Real violence isn't a competition. Obviously, it's not a sport where there are not only rules, but safe footing and all that. Wing Chun takes this into account like no other fighting method. Also, by virtue of its systematic structure, Wing Chun doesn't assume there's only one opponent or that he's unarmed either. A real self-defense method absolutely must take care on these issues lest it prepare us for catastrophe.

Learn how Wing Chun does this as well as provide a productive but safe training program so that you stay healthy and are prepared for the real thing. If you want to box...then box. If you want to do MMA, do MMA. There are no shortcuts in life. But if you're looking for a logically consistent self-defense system, Wing Chun is the way to go.
