Happy Halloween and welcome to this snuffed out candles acrylic painting tutorial!

This is a very easy and very forgiving peace as it’s just a few color values placed in their spots to bring out the realistic candle and wax drip texture and also using some Matt medium to accomplish some transparent smoky effects. As always, you can choose different colors or follow me to a T so now let’s jump in!

8” by 10” pre-stretch canvas
Glass Pallet or a paper plate
Standard Printer Paper for the traceable image
Ruler for measuring grid for the drawing process

Black Wax Transfer Paper

Cleaning and Final Rinse Jars
