The latest updates to the Customer Management Module allows you to create tags to identify your customer and personalise services based on important details like injuries, shoe sizes, their expertise level, or any other custom tags you find important for your business.

We’ve also made enhancements to the Pricing Group feature as part of this update, making it easier to view and manage which customers are in specific pricing groups. In this video, we also re-explain how to properly use the Pricing Group feature and offer special pricing to specific groups.
