In this video, Colin at Richard Lawson Pianos will compare the two entry-level instruments in Yamaha’s new CLP700 Clavinova range: the CLP735 and the CLP745. Even though they look almost identical, and both benefit from up-to-date piano samples (the Yamaha CFX and the Boesendorfer Imperial), as well as other innovations, they have important differences in their touch, sound, and other features. In demonstrating the two models, you’ll hear noticeable differences between the two in terms of the colour and depth of their sound. Colin will also be highlighting some of the improvements in the CLP700 Clavinovas over the previous CLP600 range.
