Tried pulled pork (pork shoulder) for the first time in the #pitboss and it turned out pretty good. Not as smokey as I expected but still good. It took longer than I expected. I had it on the smoke setting for over an hour to start. Next time I'll put it on 225 then wrap it and finish off at 250. Took a total of 9 hours to cook. After pulling it off the Pit Boss I let it rest for 30 minutes. I thought for sure the Amazen pellet tube would add smoke but I just didn't taste a whole lot. I used fruit pellets with a few charcoal pellets thrown in from time to time
