Hi everyone!

I'm spending a lot of time at home recently. Even though I set my own schedule I try to maintain a routine so my days feel grounded and I'm not getting out of bed at 10P to eat popcorn for dinner. It's so easy to sit on the couch with my phone curled up like a shrimp. Not good for the body or the brain. So here is my typical night routine including skincare, tidying up, and intentionally winding down before bed. I hope you enjoy!
