I am working with Jake Fenlasson from USL side, San Diego Loyal.

At the beginning of the session, I wanted to put Jake through footwork activation sets – which I hoped would have allowed him to get familiar with the calculated movements they'd be exposed to later in the session. The main objective of the session was for Jake to become more calculated and cerebral with his footwork. I.e. which foot does what when approaching his dive. He got a ton of reps, and as you'll see later in the session, his attention to detail needed to double as he became fatigued.
